TabCheck Vis
It features a unique modular design that accommodates various conveyor dimensions. It effectively triggers, captures, detects, and rejects tablets of any diameter and thickness. The AI-based detection algorithm rapidly identifies broken tabs, chips, foreign particles, spots, cracks, and other anomalies. This vision-based inspection system can be scaled to handle flip sides and round edges of tablets.

BlisterPack Vis
It features a unique modular design that adapts to various blister packaging mechanisms. Its modular fittings allow for flexible installation at any angle and are compatible with existing setups. We customize the system to integrate sensors that trigger the appropriate timing for the punch when the BlisterPack Vis system activates. It captures and detects anomalies such as dual fills, broken tabs, and no fills. The detection algorithm can identify defects across both small and large working areas for tablet blisters. The modular rejection system can be installed on both legacy and newly developed packaging systems. Additionally, this modular approach allows for the rejection of blisters moving vertically or horizontally.
